Not every prospective corps members are eligible to apply for correction of date of birth. The National Youth Service Corps NYSC uses the date of birth and JAMB date of birth. The date of birth (DOB) with these examination bodies must correspond with each other.

It’s safe to say that starting from 2017 Batch A, NYSC will start using date of birth on the affected corper who wishes to apply for change of date of birth on the NYSC dashboard.

1. Visit the official NYSC website or via https://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc4/
2. Login with your email address and password
3. Click on the link Date of Birth
4. Enter your WAEC examination number, WAEC Verification Pin, WAEC type and examination year
5. Click on the verify button
6. Click on the submit button

The application for change of date of birth on NYSC portal will be subjected to approval process which will take at least twenty (24) hours or forty-eight (48) hours.

4. Select your correct Course of Study
5. Click the submit button

How to Change Date of Birth on NYSC Certificate
