How Long Before State Code Change After NYSC Relocation?

Spread the love

During the NYSC orientation camp, corps members who do not like their state of deployment are given the opportunity to apply for relocation to another state if they have valid reasons for doing so. Reasons for relocation may include medical grounds, security concerns, marital status, or proximity to family.

If a corps member’s application for relocation is successful, their NYSC state code will be changed to reflect their new state of service. However, there is a waiting period before this change takes effect.
