What to Do About Upaid NYSC Allowance

How to get to nysc secretariat ogun state

So you’ve done your monthly biometrics clearance with success. Next thing you notice is that on your dashboard the biometrics month is seen as PRESENT but in your bank account something is ABSENT. Your allowance. The steps you need to take are listed below:

STEP 1 (ADDRESSING THE LETTER)

You are to HANDWRITE an application to (the FCT Coordinator NYSC Secretariat). This letter is given through (the Zonal Inspector AMAC) as well as YOUR CDS Supervisor.

STEP 2 (EVIDENCE)

You MUST attach a print out of your Bio Data and the clearance status from your NYSC Portal Dashboard showing that you have successfully done your clearance for that month. If you cannot find it, this is where it is located:

STEP 3 (OPTIONAL)

In case you missed biometrics on health grounds, you are to attach the medical document, i.e. doctors note, etc. to your application.

NOTE:
Corps members are sternly requested to check the status of their clearance as soon as thumb-printing is done or at least 24 hours after in order to ensure that PRESENT is displayed on your LGA Monthly Clearance data page. If what is seen is ABSENT, quickly return to the clearance/biometric point to repeat the procedure or else you WILL NOT get paid.

There you have it guys. Also, do not worry, you are supposed to see ABSENT for months 2 & 3.
