How to Check Your Verification Status on NPower Dashboard Portal
After updating your profile, you need to verify your identity and credentials with the National Orientation Agency (NOA) and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). This is to ensure that you are eligible for the programme and that you have not falsified any information. To check your verification status on the NPower dashboard portal, follow these steps:
- After logging in, click on the “Verification” tab on the left side of the dashboard.
- You will see your verification status, such as pending, verified or disqualified.
- If your status is pending, it means that you have not been verified yet. You need to visit your local government area (LGA) office of NOA or NYSC with your original documents for physical verification.
- If your status is verified, it means that you have been verified and cleared by NOA or NYSC. You can proceed to the next stage of deployment.
- If your status is disqualified, it means that you have been found ineligible for the programme due to false information or other reasons. You cannot participate in the programme.
How to Check Your Deployment Status on NPower Dashboard Portal
After verification, you will be deployed to your place of primary assignment (PPA) according to your category and state of residence. - If your status is deployed, it means that you have been deployed to your PPA. You need to print out your letter of appointment and report to your PPA within two weeks.
- If your status is redeployed, it means that you have requested for a change of PPA due to valid reasons. You need to wait for approval from NPower before reporting to your new PPA.
How to Check Your Payment Status on NPower Dashboard Portal
As a beneficiary of the NPower programme, you are entitled to a monthly stipend of 30,000 naira for a period of 12 months. You will receive your stipend through a bank account that you provided during registration. To check your payment status on the NPower dashboard portal, follow these steps:

- If your status is paid, it means that you have been paid for the month. You can check your bank account balance to confirm the payment.
- If your status is unpaid, it means that you have not been paid for the month due to some issues. You need to contact NPower customer care for assistance.
