KWASU Guidelines for NYSC Mobilization for Graduating Students 2023

Attention to all final-year students of KWASU (Kwara State University):

If you’re about to graduate, you need to collect your mobilization form from the Student Affairs Office.

How to Apply for KWASU NYSC Mobilization

To do this, you must present the following documents:

1. JAMB Admission letter
2. Hostel payment slip
3. Hostel exemption form (if applicable)
4. Hostel exemption payment slip (if applicable)
5. University ID card

For MLS/COMMUNITY/PUBLIC HEALTH students, make sure you have evidence of registration with your National Coordinating Council.

In addition to these requirements, please take note of the following:

1. Check that your name is on the JAMB Matriculation list on the JAMB website.
2. Fill out your mobilization forms using the exact names that appear on your O/level results (WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB), JAMB RESULTS, and JAMB ADMISSION LETTER.
3. Ensure that your personal information such as Date of Birth, LGA, Sex, State, and Class of Degree is accurate.
4. NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) no longer accepts abbreviated names on the Mobilization list. Therefore, DO NOT abbreviate your name.
5. It is advisable to obtain your National Identification Number (NIN) before graduation, as it is a requirement for NYSC online registration.
6. Female students should avoid applying “LELE (HENNA)” to their palms or hands. This can interfere with successful thumb-printing during NYSC Orientation Camp registration.
7. If you have not yet served or collected your NYSC Exemption Certificate/Exclusion Letter, please come to collect the Mobilization form. This is necessary for processing the issuance of the required documents by NYSC.
