How To Fill NYSC COVID-19 Test Online

After completing the registration for NYSC mobilization, you are required to fill the COVID-19 registration on your NYSC dashboard. I know a lot of questions must be running through your mind if you are hearing this for the first time. Is the test same as taking COVID-19 test? Does it involve taking the COVID-19 vaccine?
In this post, I will be explaining everything you need to know about the COVID-19 online registration and how to print the confirmation slip.
First, I must tell you that the test does not involve you going to hospital or getting some injections. The test is just a precaution put in place by the NYSC board to ensure that prospective corps members understand that COVID-19 is real.
However, starting from 2021, all prospective corps members must be subjected to COVID-19 test in line with the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control directive, the National Youth Service Corps. And every prospective corps member is expected to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire form on their NYSC dashboard and print out the form after submission, the report will be submitted at the NYSC Orientation Camp.
Although some of the questions in the questionnaire are directly asked the prospective corps members if they’ve been vaccinated or not. You’re to answer to YES or NO. Answering doesn’t necessarily mean that you won’t be allowed to go to the NYSC Orientation Camp or won’t be allowed to serve.
However, selecting NO as your answer means you may be subjected to vaccination before entering the orientation camp or at the point of registration in the camp.
If you select YES as your answer, you will be required to provide evidence (name of the vaccination and how many dose) before you can submit the form.
